- He had performed the 1st successful allogeneic stem cell transplantation in Andhra Pradesh in the year 2008.
- Performed around 100 stem cell transplants predominantly allogeneic stem cell transplantation including matched unrelated & haploidentical stem cell transplantation.
- Established Anti-thymocyte globulin therapy for aplastic anaemia patients in the year 2002, which is still practiced successfully.
- Pioneer in starting ATG therapy for aplastic anaemia. Arsenic trioxide for acute promyelocytic leukaemia and treating HLH in Telugu states.
