Dr. Naveen Krishna Kamana is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at STAR Hospitals, Banjara Hills, with 14 years of experience in cardiology care. He has performed over 9,000 coronary and peripheral procedures, including more than 3,000 coronary angioplasty procedures. His expertise covers complex coronary interventions, advanced interventional devices, transradial procedures, structural heart disease, TAVR, pacemakers including MICRA, cardiac resynchronisation and defibrillator therapies, as well as advanced technologies such as IVUS, OCT, Rotablation and IVL. He also has a particular focus on resistant hypertension, dyslipidaemia, preventive cardiology, aortic interventions, and heart-related issues during pregnancy and cancer care

Worked as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and teaching faculty for DNB Cardiology programme at STAR hospitals. He has worked with the Interventional Cardiology team at Star hospital for over 10 years. He had performed over 9000 Coronary and peripheral procedures, mostly trans-radial, including over 3000 coronary angioplasty procedures. He had experience in handling complex coronary interventions like Left main, bifurcation lesions, Ostial lesions, Bypass graft lesions, and primary angioplasty. He has strong expertise in the use of all advanced interventional devices, Structural heart disease (TAVR), Pacemakers including MICRA, and Cardiac Resynchronisation and Defibrillator therapies. He has several scientific publications in national and international journals and has presented scientific papers and posters at both national and international conferences. Been part of several CMEs and Advisory meetings.
